We've arrived!
We're finally moved into our new municipal office located in Ferdinand.

It is best to confirm the office will be open before visiting. Our fax number is (802)723-6100.
Land Records and Research:
Please call ahead to be sure the office will be
open.
Bad weather and school closings mean the office will be closed.
Fax fee is $5 and the Supervisor would be happy to grant your written request.

Recording fee is $10 per page.

of Essex
County, Vermont are located in scenic northeastern Vermont.
Commonly known as the UTG,
the towns & gores that make up our area are Averill, Avery's Gore, Ferdinand,
Lewis, Warner's Grant and Warren Gore.
