(Towns of Averill, Avery’s Gore, Ferdinand, Lewis, Warren’s Gore, Warner’s Grant) Send documents for recording to the Supervisor:
 Please call ahead to be sure the office will be open. 
 Bad weather and school closings mean the office will be closed.

Fees:  Make check payable to the UTG. 
Recording Fee:   $10 per page for recording.
Certified copies of vital records are $10 each.
Fax fee is $5 and the Supervisor would be happy to grant your written request.
